Todd is our Senior Field Technician and Service Manager, he has over 16 years experience problem solving and repairing office equipment. Alex has been with our company for 5 years and has earned trust from our customers that their equipment will be fixed right the first time. Beth is Tim's wife she handles our invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable, she makes sure our company keeps heading in the right direction. When new equipment is being introduced we learn what has changed, Tim annually attends office product conventions for all makes and models so he's able to stay informed on new technology and better ways to improve our customers business, saving them time and resources.
